Ran 5 miles today on the treadmill. Turns out 5 miles is supposed to be for tomorrow and not today. Oh well guess I will just swap them around no big deal. Looking forward to running outdoors again though.
I for got to post my training entries her so I will have to catch up here. Sunday I did 30 minutes of cross training on the stationary bike. Not too bad. Got real sweaty because unlike the treadmill it didn’t have little mini fans built in to it.
