We went to see David copperfield Monday night. That was one heck of a show. He was much funnier than I thought he would be. Kept the crowd cracked up most of the time.

Jayme even got to go up on stage! He tossed pickles into the crowd and I caught one at which point he told me to hand it off to jayme because he needed a lady to come up. If you chat with me anytime soon ill detail out the trick.

All of his tricks had several parts to them so even if you figured out one thing it left 15 other parts unexplainable. It is definitely one of the most entertaining shows I have been to

Ran 5 miles today on the treadmill. Turns out 5 miles is supposed to be for tomorrow and not today. Oh well guess I will just swap them around no big deal. Looking forward to running outdoors again though.

30 mins Cross Training

I for got to post my training entries her so I will have to catch up here. Sunday I did 30 minutes of cross training on the stationary bike. Not too bad. Got real sweaty because unlike the treadmill it didn’t have little mini fans built in to it.

8 miles on the treadmill. Thought about running the strip but got concerned something might go wrong with my legs in the middle of it all. I started at 6:00 am so I wasn’t sure if anyone would come looking for me for a few hours. That said the treadmill wasn’t too bad. They had televisions on everytreadmill with headphones. So I am all caught up on my college football highlights for this past weekend

Got up and ran this morning before heading out to Las Vegas for Tara’s wedding. It was pretty cool so I ran a little fast to just get warmed up. After the first mile I realized I was running an 8:00 min/mile pace and still felt cool. After a 2nd mile at the same pace I still was feeling good so I gave the full 5 miles the same pace. I wore down in the middle though and finished just 23 seconds over that pace if I had maintained it. Guess tomorrow I will be running 8 miles on the Las Vegas strip.
